Bluff Oysters!

We like the comment from Simon Gault – chef at Euro Restaurant & Bar:  “People who love Bluff oysters will always find a bit of money to have some”

It’s Oyster season starting 1 March.

Don’t forget to find your way to a feast, if you’re a fan.  If you’re based in Auckland, then there’s always Soul Bar & Bistro’s “all you can eat” oyster lunch, where they bring up the South Island’s champion oyster shucker to serve up 1000 dozen for the season!
