Fantastic Family Dining in Wanaka! Great selection of dishes with a mostly Mexican twist. Vegetarians and Gluten Allergies well catered for, and Kids are particularly welcome with lots of colouring competitions and puzzles to solve.

Great food (love them burritos!!). Great service (Thanks Nicki for making us feel at home…oh and for the best margs outside of Mexico!!). Great atmosphere. All around great time at Amigos, however be aware of that hot sauce. They aren’t kidding when they advise to use sparingly.

while traveling around new zealand reacently, I was hanging out for a buritto when I arrived in wanaka and found amigos. I was blown away by how good it was, it was the most authentic burrito I have had outside of mexico

Great food, great service and a willingness to bend the menu to suit your needs.
Food is always great, fresh and you know what you will be getting, prices are good and the servings are a good size.
We would recommend Amigos to anyone wanting good tucker, good service and good prices across the board.
