The food was excellent, however the waitress made the experience less pleasant. We were half an hour late because of a road accident on the way. She was annoyed and made us feel rushed. Other than that it was brilliant. I wish we could have enjoyed it better.

Not a lot to say only we have eaten there perhaps 4-5 times during the past 18 months when visiting Queenstown.
Not quite a s good as the Millhouse at Millbrook but fabulous all the same.
Food is delicious, service exceedingly good and such a wonderfully and well designed restaurant. 5 visits says it all.

Echoing the previous review the ‘Trust the Chef’ menu is absolutely delicious. The combination of great food, an amazing venue and excellent staff make this one of the lakes districts best dining experiences.
Make sure you leave room for dessert. On our last visit I had the Vanilla Panacotta with Stuffed Poached Pear – Perfection.

Excellent every time we dine here. The ‘trust the Chef’ selection is a great way to go taking the hard choices right out of your hands. Local produce seem to be used where possible and the staff will even tell you where you can go locally to buy some of the produce to take home. Not the place for a quick lunch as the whole experience needs to be savoured. The wines are of course also excellent. Great outside dining area and on a cool day they even provide you with a blanket for your knee, a great and much appreciated service touch (it is Central Otago after all). Our favourite stop on the way to Wanaka.
