Food was YUCK! used to LOVE this place 4-5 years ago it was awesome… Went in Jan 11 & Sept 11 & both times it was bad service & bad food! Curry was TOO hot to eat & Fettecine was bland as! Venison burger didnt even taste like venison & kids sundae was pre-made frozen for who knows how long…. REALLY disappointed & I will not be returning

I know it’s not nice to be vindictive, but this is where I can get back at the chef who got my order wrong and then insulted me via some poor waitress. He should have just admitted he screwed up and re-made the dish without the chilli sauce as I politely requested in the first place. Instead he served me a meal I couldn’t eat and when I nervously asked for another dish he told the waitress to tell me that I shouldn’t have eaten any of it if I was going to send it back! How was I to know it had chilli all through it if I didn’t taste it?? What did it matter anyway? Was he planning to reuse the dish later?? I’m always nice to service people, but this guy was rude and made me feel stink for eating there. I’m probably not going back.

I soooo love this place. I meet the girls here for lunch. The atmosphere is lovely, staff and excellent and the food is very tasty.

Always take the family to Aqaba. Find prices reasonable and atmosphere great. Always busy when we are dining. Loved the liver with bacon and mushrooms for breakfast. Always buy the surf n turf steaks always cooked to perfection. Keep up the great work

This is not a restaurant, its a cafe come bar. You order your meal at a separate counter way at the back & can either pay there or set up a tab at the bar.

Food was average & is what I would expect from a cafe style diner.

Everything is just average.

Prices I feel are on the high side for the standard of meal you receive.

If you are out for a drink & fancy somthing to eat this place has it all on site.

This place is overrated, had high expectations because everyone kept saying it was great but not from my experience. The only good thing I had was the bread and dips to begin with. I ordered the curry, which tasted like what you get from the takeaways but for double the price. I had the chocolate honey comb cheesecake for dessert which I couldn’t even finish because it was so bitter. Had to actually get up and order my own dessert from the kitchen because there was no staff any where.

Been here quite a few times now, especially recently. Had lost our booking for the last dinner however gave us free drinks and managed to find us a table for 2 which was all we needed. Great food for great prices. The dessert sampler is definitely worth getting! Really comfortable atmosphere.

I visit Aqaba regularly and love it. Their food is consistently good, not too expensive (compared to other Palmy cafe’s) and it’s a nice environment. I find the staff friendly & courteous.

Meet a friend for a drink after work and we decided to have an early dinner there. I ordered the carbonara and my friend the shanks. My expectations were not high i must say and i wasn’t wrong. I’m no chef but i could have done better. Also the loud music and swearing from the kitchen is not nice while you TRY to enjoy a meal.

Best yet!!!! Hadn’t been for a while but met some friends there and had 4 amazing meals last night. Really friendly staff and bustling atmosphere and very reasonable bill at the end. Will be back soon guys

We have eaten at the Aqaba many times and value for money its great. An excellent place to take teenage/adult children as the portions are generous and the food is not too sophisticated for their taste.

I’ve been there quiet a bit and i always loved the food. Prices are reasonable and portions and quality of the meals were very good.

The chips I ordered tasted old like they had just heated them up.
