Unbelievably amazing food and service. Being a very fussy food critic who often sends food back, i was pleasntly suprised when we ate here. I will definately be taking all family and friends who come for visits

We have had many meals at Arborio, and it tends to be a bit hit and miss. It is a great place for brunch/lunch, the pizza’s are fantastic as are the kids meals. The few times we have had dinner however have been a total miss. Bad service, terrible table settings (kept having to ask for cutlery etc) and average (and expensive) food which is borderline cafe quality but definitely nothing fantastic especially for the (high) price. Some of the dinner menu items are the same as the lunch menu but $10 more! The arrangement of the restaurant is also a bit of a hit/miss – the booth and lounge seating is fantastic if you can score one, but the table and chairs haphazardley arranged is a bit too minimalistic, cold and uncomfortable. Go there for the pizza and daytime dining.

It was a beautiful experience. The food was really delicious. Now I’ll keep going there.

I dined at Arborio for the first time this Saturday and I must say I was extremely impressed with everything about the restaurant! I had the seafood spaghetti and it was mouth watering. The look of all the other meals look absolutly fantastic as well! Beautiful presentation, amazing service, awesome food!

Had lunch and ordered the mussels.Was bigger portion than I expected and it was delicious.Service was great. Would go back again next time I’m there.

We visited New Plymouth several weeks ago and stopped in Arborio for dinner. Excellent location. The best mussels we’ve ever tasted before! Fast and friendly staff. Well done! Highly recommended.
