Recently had a large surprise birthday party. Was genuinely surprised and the staff played along with the event. Food was magnificent and was very quick to serve 15 people. The waiter/waitress were always attentive and refilled our glass whenever it was empty. It was these little things that made the night for me. Thanks.

The Thai owners must have left the premises ! This restaurant is not at all genuine. The food was mediocre, and the service was awful. We had a group of six. Food was brought to the tables slowly, one dish/person every few minutes, so that everyone was kept waiting. Then the last person’s dish did not come for another 10 minutes !! The waiting staff were also cold and absent when attention was needed. They had no manners. We have been to this restaurant in the past and so expected a good Thai dining experience. We think the restaurant must have changed hands since that time. Recommendation: Avoid ! There are lots of better restaurants on the Shore.

Cannot recommend dining here for Thai food. The first giveaway is the taiwanese and chinese staff and cooks and if you’re expecting thai food you wont get it. food was not authentic and tasted like something you would find at canton or mandarin restaurant. Ordered a pad thai , cashew stir fry dish, red curry and green curry amongst a small group. Curry though cheap, was not creamy, watery, and comparable to a fast food or night market style stall. Bathroom was OK and tidy. But Service was also cold and unfriendly. There are many better restaurants in auckland and this is not one of them. Most of all , this is an imposter of a thai restaurant. No thanks I wont be back.

Very disappointed at the service and quality of food at this restaurant. We ordered a pad thai and the mango chicken off the $10 lunch menu. The food was not authentic and tasted like Chinese food. The pad thai contained bits of northern chinese pickles and the mango chicken was similar to sweet n sour chicken and the batter around the chicken was soggy. Authentic thai cuisine does not have pickles in the pad thai, nor do thai people cook their mango chicken like sweet n sour and the mango chicken hardly contained any bits of mango. It was obvious these dishes were not cooked by thai people. The staff were not dressed in traditional thai clothing and made us sit right at the back and wouldn’t let us sit at the front even though the restaurant was empty. We will not be returning or recommending this restaurant to others.

Very disappointing service. Had booked 1 1/4 hours before seeing a nearby show but didn’t get served our meal for an hour. Only had 15 minutes to eat before dashing to see the show – we were late arriving. Too much attention was given to people purchasing takeaway meals. Very disappointing. I wouldn’t book this restaurant if you are going to see a show.

One of the best Thai restaurants in Auckland. Food is delicious and full of traditional Thai flavours. The menu has a great selection. Atmosphere very nice & welcoming. Service was quick & friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely great food. I was full but just couldn’t stop eating it!
I’m not a big dessert fan normally but the DF banana was one of the best desserts I’ve ever had.
Only lost a star in my rating because the service was not very attentive.

I’ve been back with a small group recently. Food was again exceptional but so was the service this time. I’m topping up that one star I deducted last time!

A great restaurant with delicious food, delightful service and cosy atmosphere. A wonderful variety of Thai food. Well recommended for lunch or dinner.

We had our end of year school function here – Nov 2010. Incredible service.
The food was beautifully presented, Menu & the staff were very accommodating to the Vegan needs within our large group of Students & Staff. The dishes itself plentiful,fresh & big servings, well-worth for the price. Lots of FREE parking nearby & outside the restaurant. We are returning again in May for a Birthday..
