Fabulous food, great service and friendly staff. Dined there half a dozen times and everything we’ve ordered has been perfect. Make sure you wear long pants in winter if you seated in the conservatory….gets a bit chilly around the legs!Go and enjoy, you won’t be disappointed in the food, the service or the prices.

We came here for breakfast one weekend. The food was excellent. The portions were substantial, and everything was perfectly cooked. We ordered the eggs benedict with salmon, and the big breakfast. The salmon was thick, chunky and delicious, and the hollandaise sauce was just perfect. The big breakfast was huge, and came with a great range of quality ingredients. We’d highly recommend Avenue 28!

Me and my boyfriend ordered a pizza and pasta to share.They were both very delicious and flavoursome! However i thought that the portion size was a bit small. Overall nice dining experience, would be back again sometime soon

We went for a family birthday – the service and food were both first rate. We had two children with us and the toddler started getting restless just as the mains arrived. The waitress took him off our hands and gave him a tour of the restaurant. I don’t know if she would do this if the restaurant was full but it was a nice touch. By the way the restaurant IS open on Mondays despite what websites say.

This restaurant was very impressive. The service was outstanding. Our waitress constantly checked on us and was very friendly. The food was excellent. Three of us shared the antipasto and it was plentiful and had the right combination of nibbles. We tried the pork, the lamb, and a pizza. Every meal was perfect. The meals were good sized portions and reasonably priced. Profiteroles for dessert are totally recommended. You will need company to finish them! They are huge and delicious. There was very limited choice for entree but with the size of the meals, an entree is actually not needed. Great place all round, we will definitely visit again!
