Nice tapas but not a very good value for money. However I like the location and the place so I often go there.

I was at Barakah this evening Feb 3, 2012.
I ordered 1 of every Tapas just to try it.
I wouldn’t even give it 1 star of the 5. I wished i had a Subways honestly. I am a foodie person and a food critic.
What is funnier is the Grilles Almonds: u can buy those at any grocery store for like 9$ the kilo. I don’t know why they are on top of the menu as if they were a specialty…. seriously guys. where is the challenge is this ? what did the chef do ? it looks like there is no chef at the restaurant and like if the waiters have some recipe from some magazine.
i don’t want to be mean but it really sucks… what is worse is that the waitress was bringing me the check after everything i order and then another waiter gave me another bill for the 2 drinks i took … was funny…. OOOHHH lets not forget the bread that they used for the tapas. It was really hard to eat…. i feel bad for you guys but if you are not into the restaurants business don’t bother.

Brilliant menu, Fantastic staff and Great coffee! I have eaten here a couple of times in the last few months and have become addicted to the Salmon with Kumara Hash! Spot on for brunch with a perfect flat white or even a glass of wine from their great selection!

Wow, where to start! Fantastic food (Mediterranean Scramble to die for!), great service, fabulous coffee. Were there for Brunch with 2 small children, very accommodating. We’ll be back again, and again and again and again….. Can’t wait to try for Dinner!
