I have been a daily regular at this cafe since it opened, the staff have always been eclectic yet amazing, and more often than not have provided above average service. The food has always been easy on the eye and diverse, a little something for everyone! I have yet to be disappointed. I have rarely had a bad coffee from this place and would recommend it as the most consistent and lovely coffee for those who appreciate a good brew.
The best lil neighborhood coffee spot, that really values their regulars!

WORST coffee I have ever had from that place. The young man who made it for me has to be one of the worst baristas I have ever come across. The coffee was bitter and the milk over extracted. Professionally, he was very scruffy and certainly not a very good look for a business! Facial hair while working around food is a definite no no in my books!

I will be recommending to others to steer clear of the place, for coffee at least. The food is awesome and so delicious.

Perhaps some training is in order for some of your staff?

My meal at Beat Street Cafe was DELICIOUS! i had the Beatstreet Bene, its the best i’ve had in christchurch! Perfectly poached eggs, yum hollandaise, streaky bacon piled in thick sliced organic grainy bread. I had 2 flat whites and they were good, the service is freindly and relaxed the cafe has a laid back kinda vibe which works! not like the rest in a cool way! LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
