We went expecting big things based on the reviews so far. However we were very disappointed with the small portion to large prices. We have experienced far better meals and larger meals in the same price range. I think if you are prepared to pay big money then you expect fireworks and we just didn’t get that “bang” that says 5 star dining. Customer service was “strange” and it took a long time to get our food. Cocktails were very dear and tiny especailly the non-alcoholic cocktail at $9 for soda water and mint leaves.

You would expect to see food and service of this standard in a five star hotel.
Everything is fantastic here.
Sheena keeps everything running smoothly and mark the chef, cooks the most amazing food. You can get everything here from an open sandwich right through to tapas and fine cuisine.

We know longer live in Te Aroha but on special occasions travel back to dine at this very special gem of a restaurant. Service is top notch and food devine. Highly recommended and worth a trip back from Tauranga just to dine there !

We dined here in May and it was delicious!
The tapas were divine.
The steak and was cooked to perfection and the fish was so fresh.
And the dessert? So good that if i wasn’t full I would have eaten another one!

Best pizzas I’ve ever tried. I make an effort to come here when in Te Aroha and recommend highly to others. who know Te A had such an awesome little hidden treasure??

Best place in Te Aroha for Dining. From the layout, to the food, everything is high class. Fresh, Clean and Perfect. We are hooked.
