Crissy and Steve have got to the best hosts ever , we had my wifes 50th ther on sat and had agreat ime the food was plentiful and brilliantly delicious .they even went out of there way to accomondate one of our guest have required a gluten free meal
This has got ot be the most friendly and fmaily orientated cafe in town

Good food, good prices (Not the cheapest but good portions and worth what you pay)
Healthy options and many gluten / dairy free options. Staff were friendly and lookign forward to going back.
We had the Breakfast burger, pancakes and french toast and all superb.

ended up going to body fuel everyday for the next 3 days after our first visit, and it was Brilliant every time. Wouldn’t go ANYWHERE else in taupo now. Bodyfuel is superb!!

Excellent food – almost too much to choose from. Compares well with other cafe food (we are from Wellington)in price, considering the high quality of the offered food. We had the pasta, the malay orzo and the best carrot cake ever!! Only gripe is that coffee (which was good by the way) arrived first, followed by the mains 10mins later with the Cake – it would’ve been nice to have the main 1st and enjoy the sweet with the coffee. Also the obsessive lady obtrusively cleaning up constantly was annoying – but we could live with that

BodyFuel is the best in Taupo! Fantastic food and friendly people

My husband and I went to Body Fuel for the first time 19 May 2009 and it was FANTASTIC!! Not only was the food delicious, there was plenty of it, and the service was excellent. We were very very impressed, and have passed the word on. We will definitely be coming back the next time we pass thru Taupo.

Absolutely awsome, my wife is gluten intolerant and they have a great selection. The service was superb, and it was Cycle Challenge weekend. They are an onto it bunch and I would highly recommend.

I would suggest the previous review by ‘John’ is a lie from a competitor or ex-employee; The longest I have ever had to wait for a coffee at Bodyfuel was 13 minutes; this was at the peak of lunchtime when the place was packed with about 60 people. When I order takeaway, they have always bumped me up the queue for coffee. Usually in about five minutes – and it tastes great!

This would have to be the BEST Cafe, I’ve had the pleasure of dining in. The food was well displayed and presented. Portion sizes and prices were well worth it. Nice to be able to have a nice tasty meal for under $10.00 (that’s included a mocchacino). Staff and surroundings very warm and welcoming. Just what you need on a “chilly” day in Taupo. So well done Body Fuel! Will be calling in everytime I’m passing thru, for sure!
