What a lovely meal, excellent service from the bubbly waitress who was on her own, although it wasn’t really busy. Everything was well priced. Their seafood chowder was robust and flavoursome, and the lamb shank salad was really good, would have been perfect with some beetroot in it also. My friends steak was perfectly cooked and tender. They have improved immeasurably since our last visit which was about a year ago. We will be back regularly now a real gem of a place.

Went there twice. First on last Saturday
in August (Greek night)at 10pm.
We were a group of 10 people having just
a coffee. The music was beautiful. The place was almost empty, just us, but
the staff still put the Zorba dance for us and broke a few plates to give us a Greek experience. We had such a good time
that I decided to go back for dinner and
the food was absolutely beautiful and priced very reasonably. One of the waitresses did a belly dance performance for us!
All together if was worth do drive 30 km to Papakura. But if it was in more central location I would go more often.

Been here about 4 times – all for breakfast. Each time food has been good, I usually have the pancakes/french toast and my partner the big breakfast. Definitely not the Ritz but one of the nicer places on Papakura’s main streets to go for breakfast.

We had breakfast at Boodles last week 05/01/10. The food was awful – I asked for my scrambled eggs on the under/soft side however they were hard and rubbery. The breakfast sausages tasted sour. The potatoes were watery and cold, the bacon fatty and mostly raw, the toast soft and dredged in horrible cheap margarine, the french toast like a thick rubber mat, the mushrooms soggy and bland and the tomatoes watery and tastless.
The coffee tasted like muddy water – bad coffee and badly made.
There was only two other tables and the waiter brought our menus to the table however we had to go up to the counter to order and pay up front.
When the waiter brought my breakfast to the table I complained about the eggs however she just walked away uninterested.
The six of us left most of our food – it was just awful! We left feeling ripped off for over $100 we had prepaid for the extremely poor quality food we were served.
after hearing some tinging sounds we discovered that there were pokie machines in the far end on the retaurant which explains the quality of the food and service because why would you need to subsidise your income in a restaurant with pokie machines!!!

I went there last night for a friends 21st, its was great! It was Greek Night so everyone was up dancing and smashing plates, the food was excellent and the service was fantastic. The waiters/waitresses were friendly, polite and accomodated for 12 seperate accounts on one table without batting an eyelid. Plus we all got a shot of ouzo on the house! I had an awesome tme and I would definately go there again.
