Hey there guys just wanted to say i went to breakers tonight with some mates from Aussie and omg what wonderful service the food was great top marks to you all there keep it up

Worst experience ever.
Been here a few times as a birthday tradition, and come here for my 21st… Firstly ask for no ice in the drink and they charge 50 cents extra because they added more post mix coke. The meals are smaller and the prices are way too high. I had the Hawaiian chicken and it was really average. much smaller than I remember.
The worst part was that I was with a group of 15 and 12 of us had completely finished our meals whilst 3 of us didn’t even have our meals in front of us.
I complained to the manager and he gave me some bull story about meals on the different tills that don’t go through to the kitchen at the same time. Whatever. Anyway don’t go there ever.

My family and I ate at Breakers Taupo, while hubby competed in the Cycle race in November. They were extremely busy to the point that people were being sent away. But despite this I found their service impeccable and we certainly weren’t treated poorly. We were greeted by a friendly young woman who promptly handed us menu’s and later took our order. The food was quickly delivered by the same young woman who also brought us condiments and was very friendly to the children. The Omlette was huge, and Hubby was wowed by the steak. We will definitely be going back over Christmas. Well recommended.

Really disappointed with Breakers Cafe Taupo worst $13 sammie ever!

Complained as the chicken was all hard and crusty and they said it was marinaded and pan fried so not burnt and would not give me my money back. Not to mention the chicken was the size of four chips!

Point being – who wants to eat hard chicken?
