Nice burgers here – but TOO much sauce, when placing previous orders I asked for less sauce and this wasn’t actioned. Young staff who fling themselves around the kitchen, appearing pretty dis-interested, if the burgers weren’t so damm nice (and the lovely front woman at the till) – I wouldn’t spend my money there. ALSO, please move the sign that states ‘Pick up telephone orders here’ – I waited for 10 minutes one time with no-one bothering to serve me, to be finally told that you collect these orders at the front till. This is poor, not user-friendly and really bad customer service guys ! Thanks.

Thanks Mez for your feedback. I have made changes to the phone orders system and relocated the till to the front of the store to make it more customer friendly.

When will they learn less is more. Take out a tablespoon of sauce from each burger and it would be more enjoyable and less salty. Less attitude from the serving staff would also be appreciated. Less mess and dirty trays on the table would also be nice. Go to Burger Wisconsin instead people.
