I have visited this branch many times over the past year and it has never disappointed me. The service, the food, the cleanliness is always excellent. I have an absolute fetish for their chicken burgers, and my father is making his way through the entire beef range. The chips are always amazing and the aioli is unmatched in its deliciousness. I can no longer eat any other burger, burger fuel takes the goal. McDonalds is disgusting in comparison. Their chocolate shakes are surprisingly good also. The whole menu is very fairly priced and the taste of their food is unsurpassed. Highly recommended is your hungry – as the burgers are enormous.
The doofers are a stroke of genius too. Burger fuel is a hands down 10/10. Highly recommended.

Well “Champo” they are in the service industry and should still give good customer service. It doesn’t mean we expect a “meaningful conversation” with the person taking the order, but they should at least be friendly and say thank you, as if it wasn’t for us they wouldn’t have a job.

Although the food is overpriced, I wouldn’t say it’s bad therefore I have given them 2 stars instead of 1, but they definitely could do with some customer service training.

I really enjoy Burgerfuel. The burgers are fresh and they are always quick with their service. The Bacon Backfire is my all time favourite with Kumera fries and aioli.

In terms of the service they have always taken my order and accurately given me what I wanted. Come on people this is a Burger Take away joint, I suggest you go in and order and enjoy the food for what it is. If you are looking for a meaningful conversation along the way take a friend.

I bought the Yogul burger for $15, it was substandard, something you would expect from McDonalds.

I got takeaways – service — mehh.

This is just a overpriced McDonalds.

I dont reccomend this place to anyone, unfortunately I dont know of a better place to get a decent burger from

I’ve been coming here for 5 years now. It’s even better than the Courtenay Place branch. Fantastic.

Unfortunately, there’s been a drop off in everything with my last visit. Chips that were put in when I went into the place were mixed with ones that had been there a while, so long in fact they were cold. Very cold. Not a pleasant dining experience. There were only about 5 of them but they should have just thrown them out. Cheap. They’ve also adjusted their pricing and meal deals. It seems to be a fancy way of increasing prices across the board.

I wrote the review at the top 2 years ago, that means I’ve been coming to this place for 7 years now. I won’t be back.
