Went to Burgerfuel Takapuna after a long time abroad last night and picked up the Baconbackfire, spud fries and aioli. It was amazing, nothing i have had overseas comes close. Chicken was perfectly cooked and tender, bun was lightly toasted and spud fries and aioloi were an awesome combination!

Their opening times are 12pm til LATE.
Just rocked up on a Monday at 6:50 PM in the middle of summer, and these guys are closed. The sun is shining the road is teaming with joggers, young couples, and school kids – but this guy has his “Burgerfuel is now closed” sign up and is sweeping the floor.

These guys are hopeless – their advertising says they are phone friendly yet when you ring twive at 610PM on Thursday they hang the phone up on you twice – seems the ad does not match the service which in this case is HOPELESS
