We are regular customers, we go to Butlers because of the very friendly and helpful staff. The coffee is always good and hot (I suggest that if it is lukewarm that you return it, I’m sure the staff would be more than happy to remake your coffee), we would not hesitate to recommend Butlers as a unique coffee shop.

went there a few months back for a coffee which was awful and cold – so decided to try it again last week. I took my visiting sister-in-law and thought I’d have a hot chocolate this time (being a chocolate establishment). I should have known better, luke-warm hot chocolate – I had to apologize to my visiting guest. Wont be back for a 3rd try!!
