Had a great meal at Butlers Weds night-service superb-thanks Julia ,and Jason bar manageron the night. My friend loved his reef and beef, I had a very yummy curry and hubby loved the scallops-good value, close to home and a decent sized meal . We will be back

This used to be a family favourite but has sadly gone down hill. Went today with 4 adults and 4 kids and food was very average not good tasty pub fare like it used to be. Most disappointing was the bar / service staff and attitude towards us – not a smile or helpful offering in site. Just doesn’t cut it these days when there are so many good places you can eat. Probably wont bother making the trip out again.

When I open the fridge, and nothing gazes back at me, I march the hubby and the kids down to Butlers and we have a nosh up. The kids get crayons and pink lemonade, I get my favourite squid, hubby is totally silenced with a well done steak and that is worth its weight in squid, and we wash the lot down with a fire hosing of banana split. Should you be hungry, shoot up the road, the staff are friendly the food is good family fare and the prices make it likely I shant bother filling the fridge on a friday.

I was really impressed with the service I received from the staff at Butlers – they were very friendly and helpful and the food was fantastic! The new chef is doing a great job there. Well done Butlers – we’ll be back!

This used to be a great place..however must have been taken over by new management. We went yesterday and the service was disgusting !! Ordered dessert and after waiting 20 mins asked where it was only to be told “oh sorry there doesnt seem to be your order loaded” we had paid and had receipt ! Got our money back and left, they also tryed to charge us for our main meals again..bloody useless young girls serving who wouldnt have a brain among both of them.. BEWARE
