We went to Cactus Jacks as a large group looking for a quite night out and good well priced food…
We ended up getting a lot more than we ever expecting, the food was great for the price and the host which I’m guessing owned the place was amazing!
We had a gluten free diner with us and she more than catered for her going out of her way to make sure she got a great meal… It was New Years Day and she assured us she never adds the 15% surcharge her way of “sticking it to the man”
Off the top of my head a burger and fries $12 (I don’t know what the diner below was expecting for that price) and even better yet it’s BYO
A great place to go for a cheap family eat or with friends for a wine and a few laughs

Was empty when we went there around Christmas, soon understood why. The food quality was absolutely poor, the mince used for hamburgers and nachos was of the poorest quality available, didn’t even taste like meat.
When will restaurant owners ever learn you cannot skimp on the quality of products used. Won’t be surprised if it’s closed or changed ownership next time we go there.
