Also recommended.I often drop off here for a snack or lunch as it is handily placed on the main route between Dannevirke and Palmerston North..A good blackboard menu with the usual cafe stuff and I often go for their sweet corn fritters with bacon and plum sauce or try a tasty burger.My daughter says they are the best burgers out.They also have the usual cabinet offerings although I find their sandwiches a little disappointing being thin with only small amount of filling.Coffee served is nice.Plenty of room for inside dining but in fine weather I prefer eating out in the attached courtyard which is a little private from the street but the passing parade can still be observed.
Staff are always friendly and attentive and food good value.

Recommended I think that the staff do a good job ,clean and tidy fresh and great food a little cafeteria like,smokers corner ,so if you do not like it you can go to the new “Chi cafe” 84 Vogel Street,just down the road for a little hip and wholesome food with the “girls”.Great chocolates great specialty lines a family affair.We got absolutley put off “cheese cakes” from the cheese cake shop preservatives I think and I don’t know what but.Could not eat it.Nice motor camp nice people.(lock your car while dining).While in Woodville like the rest of new Zealand DINE and LOCK.
