Had a lovely dinner at Cafe Affair last week!!! Staff were excellent and the food was amazing!!! We had the steak and it was cooked to perfection with great flavours.

Just a minor point which could be improved – the size of the small round tables is a bit too small for two diners, was a lot better when we moved to the bigger round table once it was free.

Mon-Sat: 10am – late
Sunday: 10am – 5pm

Amazing coffee, fascinating decor, historical photos of Nelson and delicious dishes, all of this in a romantic ambience with cosy couches and candles on the tables – we love this cafe!!!

Cafe Affair is really worth a visit, especially if you can sit outside, as you can enjoy the sunshine, while smoking or drinking one of Nelson`s best coffees.
The staff are very well trained, efficient and friendly. We haven´t tried any food but it looks pretty scrummy.

The prices are fair and not over the top.

It´s good to have a booking but not necsessary if you are just planning to have a coffee in the afternoon.

We reckon the Cafe Affair is one of the best cafes in Nelson!!

We are looking forward to going there again!

I have been to Cafe Affair a number of times now and have enjoyed it everytime. The staff are great and the food is wonderful with something for everyone on the menu! Also has good indoor and outdoor seating

Very impressed, from the almost 100% local Nelson produce in each of the menu items to the local support for the wine and beer. The service was good, attentive and prompt..

Keep up the good work. Great meal and not a bad price considering. Only bad part is a little noisy due to the wooden floors..

I love going to cafe affair its my favourite place, everyones always friendly, like sitting on the couches while having a hot chocolate, best hot chocs ever!! and love the food!! been going there for years and ill keep going there

Good atmosphere and service. Often come here with friends, but all too often the coffee is not hot enough. Will continue going though as the sofas upstairs are just perfect for socialising.
