I lunch at Westermans regularly with a group of friends. The cabinet food is varied and tasty and there is a good choice of herbal teas as well as the usual black tea and coffees. The staff are pleasant and the cafe is always busy and buzzing.

I have been to this cafe twice in the last month.When i went to the till to order a coffee to have at the cafe, I had to stand and wait for it. The first time i ordered there were 4 customers waiting on the side of the till for their coffees that were to be consumed there.

We werent given numbers(even tho they had them) and asked to be seated but all stood waiting. The other 3 customers where elderly.

We could have been asked to take a seat and we cn have it delivered or come back to get it instead of standing for it.

The second time i ordered, it was only me standing there. It wasnt busy at all.
