Sadly something has happened at DMP.
It used to be the best, beautiful food served with an elegant sophistication. Frilly lettuce in the sandwiches and all elegantly presented. Now it has become ordinary, great wads of iceberg lettuce which is more stalk than green on a plate. The Caesar salad has lost the softly poached runny eggs only to be replaced with microwaved rubbery hockey pucks. The service is still the same but alas it is sinking into the status of less than OK. Come on DMP you are better than that.

Definitely the best we found in Napier.
Corn fritters and Hungry breakfast were good – proper sausages on the breakfast!!
Liver was awesome (iron delight on the menu) as was the ommelette the day before
Happy to be a repeat customer

Great Cafe, we’ve dined there for the last 8 years and never struck a dud meal or Coffee. Seven days a week it is the best in Napier with great food (amazing French Chef) great coffee and Paul & Claire have such good staff.

DMP consistently makes the best Mochaccinos ever!!! It does not vary from day to day. Their food is all great and reasonably priced!
