Reserved about two weeks in advance and turned up at noon for family gathering, no glasses or order till 1pm…one hour later.
We were finally asked for our order when the cafe was nearly empty and told there were five groups booked.
Food was not fully cooked ..toasted sandwich was still pale, like not brown and chips also pale.
We were given a bottle of water for six but nothing to drink it out off and when asked for glasses were told none were available. and when asked a second time “This is being managed”.
At the end we were told “sorry for the inconvenience”.

Would not recommend or was Sunday lunch a bad time…me thinks this is when servcie should be the highest not the lowest.

FANTASTIC – went for a late coffee Sunday afternoon, had a fetish for a Banana Split, said it wasn’t on the menu but made it anyway, used Rush More premium ice-cream SIX scoops!. Overheard telling another patron they only use Fair Trade coffee and to stay as long as they like even though packing up to close – spoke to owner Glen a South African owned 2 years – a VERY switched on customer focused operator – can confidently recommend to anyone when food and service matters – cheers
