Cafe Lala has the best coffee in town, made from hand roasted Cafe Lala beans roasted in the Corommandel, and not found in many cafes around the place. Even better than the highly regarded People’s Coffee. The brownies and other baked goodies are superb, and best anything around. More people need to know this.

The best chocolate brownies in Wellington. But served in such poor surroundings.

This cafe would be really good if they smartened up the decor. It’s dark and old and doesn’t help you enjoy the experience.

We only go for the brownies and normally take them away.
