Great assortment of food on the menu, however that is as far as it went. Staff were inexperienced & very unprofessional, we hadn’t made a booking as we were told we could come in, when we got there, all the staff were walking around like chickens with their heads chopped off, the manager (a woman) told us we couldn’t dine in unless we chose something from the cabinet. Another staff member, informed us that they had a busy morning & the chef was stressing. Never got to try the food or coffee, certainly won’t be going back. I had been recommended by a friend who had visited the cafe twice themselves.

FANTASTIC cafe! So so so impressed, and so great to finally have the cafe in the hands of people who know what they are doing! I visited Cafe Palazzo at Shed 16 last weekend and my experience could not have been more perfect! The food is simply divine, with a menu that has something for everyone. I had the ‘Palazzo Burger’ and it was simply stunning, and such fantastic value for money. Meals are HUGE. Hubby had one of the omlettes and that went down a treat, and they even did half sized portions for the kids! Coffee was perfection, as was service – staff were so lovely and super attentive. The gardens are such a gorgeous surrounding. Thoroughly recommend to anybody in the area, and out of the area too because it is SO worth the drive. I will be back!
