My Mum and Step Dad love this place. It’s never overly busy so you have your choice of tables etc. The staff are lovely. Decor could do with a bit of an upgrade. Food is good and nice selection. Cheap

Always good in a “forgot my lunch” emergency. The sandwiches are very nice and the staff polite. A lot of older people tend to frequent Pilatus, but I guess that just goes to show that they are charging an acceptable price

Great place for a CHEAP breakfast. the decor and layout is reminiscent of a nursing home but the food is always top quality and the lady who’s always working there very friendly. Could be one of pukekohes secret gems..
