Went for a late, light lunch with an out-of-town friend. I was able to introduce him to the iconic southern cheese roll, of which Soprano did a pretty reasonable example – the traditional ones rather than the massive obesity enhancers that have become popular of late. The coffee was good and the service was friendly. No X factor, though. Just an honest, basic cafe.
