Pretty good place, nothing too adventurous but does what it does well enough. Spacious interior and usually pretty busy which can be nice. Overall a nice place for a cuppa coffee or brunch.

Superb coffee! The food was good but the hollandaise could have been a little more tangy but the rest of the dish was good. Our meals did take a while to arrive (20-30 minutes for our brunch) but the restaurant was full. The staff were extra friendly and attentive. Overall a good experience and we would go back. It seemed to be the only place in Takapuna that was full and ‘buzzing’.

My partner and I visited on our way up north for a wee holiday and had eggs bene and the creamy mushrooms, the portion sizes were very generous, the eggs poached perfectly but i was most impressed with the creamy mushrooms.

It was so good that we stopped in again on our way back to Auckland and got another delicious and generous serving of the creamy mushrooms and a mushroom steak for the man!

Once again, delicious food, great service.
