Got three drinks here and a gelato for the under 5. The coffee was great however the hot chocolate only lived up to the chocolate part of the name, very lukewarm, but it was replaced immediately without fuss by a very apologetic owner. The gelato was gone without hesitation and the verdict was “more”. Well worth getting coffee and gelato from here, courtyard setting is great and will be even better in the late summer evenings for a light meal.

A glimpse of Europe awaits the visitor to Casa del Gelato Parnell. Stroll down the charming cobbled walkway to find an enchanting courtyard with a romantic fountain, a candlelit sitting room and the warm smiles of the shop owners. Casa del Gelato is the ideal spot for a dessert or coffee in the evening (open many nights) or a light lunch. The gelato is freshly made and absolutely delicious, with a variety of flavours offered. I am off to get one now!
