where do I start – -
1. WINE LIST: they had run out of our first 2 choices of wine. The ambient room temperature on this night was 30 degrees. The red wines are cellared in a room which matched this temp – I thought the establishment might have had a cooler place to cellar red wines.
2. ENTREE: We chose breads with dipping oil and dukha. One of the breads appeared to be sliced white shop bread!!! How boring can you get. The other bread was a grain roll.
3. MAIN COURSE: the chef doesn’t season his food so this was very tasteless. Meat was tender. the side dish of spring veges was boiled courgettes, turnips and carrots without any seasoning.
We decided not to bother with dessert or coffee. Had already wasted too much money.
