Love it, love it, love it! Seriously best cafe in New Plymouth. Food is always good, hot chocolates and coffees always excellent, staff always very friendly. Go early to get a table as it is often very busy, but definatly worth it

Superb cafe – friendly staff who really make you feel welcome. This is certainly the best in New Plymouth and the locals endorse that.

My visit was for an early coffee and to catch up on some work – the staff were happy for me to work away and supplied a redy flow of coffee and the necessary sweet accompaniment!

Love this place. Food is great, atmosphere is outstanding, and the cafe has it’s on slightly kooky flare. Food is so tasty and is presented exceptionally well. If you are looking for the best cafe in New Plymouth go to Chaos!!! Highly Recommend!!!

We visited this cafe twice in two days (out of four days in new Plymouth) it was so good! Great selection of cabinet food plus very reasonably priced brunch menu. Good coffee, great vibe, nice people. Could also sit outside with the dog

I was impressed by their customer service. I telephoned at 4 pm and managed to get a birthday cake for the next morning. More importantly, they make the yummiest carrot cake! It’s an absolute treat!!

Chaos is a wonderful cafe. Very relaxed atmosphere. Warm, friendly staff and the yummiest food. Kerry should be going out for NZ Master Chef!

Busy cafe (as its very popular) with a lovely ambiance and great contemporary food. A favourite when meeting friends. Would recommend.

I believe that Chaos Cafe has a wonderful atmosphere, friendly staff and an excellent range of cuisine. I would never even consider calling it terrible, so i dont know what the lady above has done to make her experience so unpleasing. Maybe she should put her nose down, stop being so stuck up, and her experience at Chaos would be rather tantalizing.
