Myself and 5 Friends had lunch at The Church Sunday 13th March. The service was average but the food was great
I had the $10.00 special of fish n chips and it was real value for money. I left feeling that I had a great meal and will be going back again

Ergh. Abysmal service, expensive food (and bad food, at that). The steak was very tough and they gave us canned black olives when we ordered the feta and olives as an entree. Then they actually shooed us out of the restaurant when we were finished with our main course.

The atmosphere of the old church is really nice and has a lot of potential. The flatscreen tvs on the wall, excessive advertising and HIGH prices for bad food really transform a potentially amazing arthouse theater/restaurant into a tacky establishment with an identity crisis.
