Always a pleasure. Service is prompt and friendly, and the food is reliable and delicious. And they know how to make a coffee.

We visited Cima on a yr13 economics trip where we were researching and collecting information about cafe’s on High St. When we went into the cafe we were immediately cornered by the owner who demanded to know what we were writing down. We explained it was for an economics project and we were just writing down the price of their coffees and we were told to stay outside because ‘this is a place of business’. Apparently Cima is too good to serve school students. I have never been treated so rudely by someone who you would think would want us to purchase from them. We were appalled at the owners very public and rude outburst at us and would definitely NOT recommend Cima. I fully agree with the other reviewers who wrote about the unfriendly staff. Cima obviously must doing very well in the recession to be kicking out a group of 7 girls all wanting to buy coffees there.

I just had to write a review about this place it is fantastic! I had been there six months ago and to be fair it was not to great the food was not close to my standard. though since the change of owners its great to see the standard of food has improved substantially. The vast variety of cakes and slices is to die for. I especially recommend the caramel nut slice’s. Nice friendly staff with great service and knowledge. For lunch i had the Cajun Chicken salad which is worth just going to cima for. Though around me the food looked to a very high standard and a vast improvement from before! Highly Recommend Cima Cafe!

I disagree with the other reviewers, cima is a nice cafe with a large, delicious menu and lovely tables situated in the sun.

I’m sorry to say this, but CIMA Cafe is the worst cafe I have ever been to. the chicken pasta was tasteless and too creamy. I wouldn’t want to pay $12.50 (entree) for the taste. the staff wasn’t friendly enough.

You know, I really don’t wanna give even a single star up there, but I had to- this cafe is worse than poor. Everything was wrong. The cafe staff were unfriendly, the food tastes like sh**t.. I ordered a pumpkin/spinach filled filo and it came with a side-salad. Just two words to describe it: oily, tasteless. I don’t know what else to say but I feel like I’ve been ripped off. I felt nauseous all day after eating the food (I had to eat the food cuz I was freakin hungry). I would not recommend this cafe to anyone. STAY AWAY!!!
