rubbish service and toasted sandwich at Coffee Club Westfield Albany.
The staff definitely need to learn about customer service and what makes a cafe successful rather than “me too”. They showed no interest in serving me, smashed the cutlery down on the counter, served the coffee 10 minutes prior to the sandwich and slammed the plate down on the table.
Shows signs of staff not being engaged or interest in the success of the business.
I say again, rubbish!!!

Lovely breakfast. Almost too much food… Great coffee & a lovely atmosphere with prompt service.

The Albany Coffee Club is a wonderful place to meet friends and family. The coffee and food is excellent. Service is great and most of all the place is always very, very clean. You always feel very welcome when in the Albany Coffee Club.
