This Coffee club is our local and serve the best eggs benny in my opinion yum yum yum.. Service is always great and the staff are all lovely.. Top marks to the chef who consistently delivers great meals.

I definitely would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I physically have seen kitchen staff using microwave to heat up my lamb shanks which tasted like a smelly rubber. My husband ordered some sandwich which basically had ONE SMALL piece of tomato, a paper thin scrap piece of meat and some greenish brown coloured leafs.. We will never go back for sure.

My wife and i came to have dinner and this is how the night went.

First of all, the lady behind the counter told us to grab the menu and take a seat. When the waiter came to take the order he did not have any of the wine in stock we wanted from the menu We chose 3 and he did not have any in stock. Then he said he only had one of the Sauvignon Blanc on the menu. We then noticed it was the cheapest of the lot (we were using our Groupy voucher to have this dinner). We asked for the only wine they had available. When this came through to us, it was disgusting. It tasted like it had been sitting in an open bottle for a week. We did not even drink our wine.

Secondly, the chef was eating his dinner and cooking at the same time. There was an open area where you could see the chef and to our disgust, we saw that he was eating his food, in between making our dinner.

We ordered lamb shanks which is our favourite meal but to our disappointment it tasted liked it had been microwaved and was really hard and chewy as if it was reheated in the microwave. For dessert we ordered cake which did not taste fresh and may have been sitting there for while.

I would also like to point out the incompetence of the level of service being provided by the staff members. When we initially walked and showed the Groupy voucher, the lady at the counter did not know anything about this.

I very much hope that in future you will take care in the level of service provided to your customers as we will never be going to the Coffee Club on Victoria Street. We have never gone to a restaurant to enjoy a meal and leave as soon as possible. We have been to the Sylvia Park Coffee Club and we always got high level of customer service and great food. It was highly disappointing and we would never recommend it to any of our family and friends.

Amazing breakfast..Lifesyle breakfast is the best i have tasted in New Zealand , went Beck again for lunch..too busy..but still good service..Glad didn’t pay big money in sky city…Thx for FREE wifi..TCC Victoria street rocks…

We’ve been to numerous Coffee clubs across Auckland….but the one on Victoria Street (hasnt been long since it opened)….. Is a class apart. With excellent ambience, very personalised customer service and one of the best Lamb Shanks and Calamari Rings it has become very difficult for us to want and try them somewhere else!
The 3-4 visits that we’ve made, tell us that they consistently follow high standards of service and food…..and have everything that would want one to go back again and again! Have to try it to believe it !!
Thanks guys for making us feel very cosy and comfortable…we would love to keep coming back!

The Coffee Club Victoria Street has to be a prime example of excellence in customer service..When we needed our Lipton Ice Tea .and they ran out of it..the manager jumped out of the store and came back in a few minutes with 3 different flavors..WOW..and the server was a very pleasant girl to deal with and we were looked after extremely well all throughout..On knowing my girl friend is celebrating her birthday..the staff sang HAPPY BIRTHDAY for her and She was given a free dessert…
