With a name like The Coffee Club you’d think you’d be able to get a decent flat white or latte here. Nope!

The coffee tastes like it has been made in Oz and brought to your table via a trip on Qantas. Lukewarm, tasteless and slightly oily, which was weird. Even though I left most of mine I had a nasty taste for hours and when the coffee doesn’t taste of anything, that’s even weirder!

Their mains are very expensive and the quality poor. The chiller cabinet has a very small range of mass produced baked slices, cakes and a lone muffin, all small and errmmm sweaty.

Seeing the chef out the back on a cigarette break puts me right off anyway, so we won’t be back.

Sadly a little hit and miss – my favourite Ceasar Salad can either be great or not………….more often than not it is the latter, however as it is close I do frequent it. Sadly the pricing is beginning too put me of for value for money.

Unfortunately I did not have a good dining experience at this Coffey Club. I was there on Saturday night with my family. There was 8 of us. When our meals arrived they were stone cold expect for the meat. The potatoes were flaky potatoes you take camping and look and tasted like wallpaper paste. There were 6 thinly cut carrots and hard broccoli. The mushroom sauce had split and was oily. We asked that they heat them up which they did in the microwave which made the meat tough. My mother had the Salmon salad which she said was nice. I will not be going back.

I went to The Coffee Club once and I must say the service was brilliant, friendly staff members and great coffee!! I’m now a regular. The great thing about The Coffee Club is that the staff remember you and are interested in how your day was unlike other places. I definitely recommend The Coffee Club for a night out with family and friends!!

My very first time to the coffee club and had a lovely experience there with family & friends. Great food (especially the eggs benedict with salmon) and friendly staff. Definitely go there again. Well done keep up the great work!! Can’t wait to work thru the entire menu.

Went there for breakfast and the service was extremely slow, took 40 minutes for our meals to arrive and they were cold. “grilled tomato” wasn’t heated and the avocado was off. Wasn’t impressed especially for the price of the meals.

have to say this is my favourite place to relax and enjoy the bay. i’ve taken quite a few people here and will continue to do so!service is excellent, coffee is beautiful and food is also beautiful.never going to stop visiting!!!

Service was slow and seemingly complicated by a computer system staff are not able to operate. Lemon muffin was stale and tasted very processed. When i complained i was advised it was 3 days old. Replacement was fresh, but still tasted very processed.
