The food was terrible, waited for 40 mins for a breakfast meal, bacon was raw, eggs over cooked and toast was cold. Manager was fielding complaints from other customers about the long wait and also a lot of food was taken back to the chef due to badly cooked meal or completely wrong orders. My partners soup came out 20 mins before my order, even thou we ordered same time. I complained about my meal to the manager who asked if I would like my eggs recooked, by then other customers were still complaining. The manager said she will pass on my complaint to the chef, but she was under stress from all the complaints of other customers. I should of asked for my money back, but walked off and will probably not return to Mt Roskill branch. Other coffee clubs are really good, not too sure what happened with Mt Roskill.
