Its always great to go to Columbus William Pickering. Its nice to have a welcoming smile from owners, Danny and Tracey and the staff are friendly and helpful. The coffee is GREAT!! and the food is excellent. Always beautifully presented and cooked to perfection.

Another great thing about Columbus William Pickering is its a great place to have a staff do. We held our mid Christmas staff do here Last year. Its great to be able to go somewhere where you can have the place to yourselves and the food is excellent… I highly recommend it!!

The coffee and the food are excellent. . They have very helpful and friendly staff who go out of their way to help so not too sure about some of the other negative reviews I have read. I would recommend this place to any of my friends and family.

I have eaten at Coloumbus Coffee in Rosedale park and have found the service and food to be excellent! Great portion sizes and being a fussy eater and now preggars all special food requests have been happily met including swapouts on sauces like Aioli
I highly recommend Coloumbus on Pickering and plan on trying out the catering menu for our baby shower!

My wife and I are regulars at Columbus Coffee William Pickering. We’ve always enjoyed great coffee, great food and service with a smile. I’m really puzzled by the negative reviews and I’m sure the owners would be gutted to read them.

I have been to Columbus Coffee in Smales farm and Albany Mall, and had agood experience at both. However, William Pickering drive is not one I would visit again.

We waited over 20 minutes for our food to arrive and when it did come, the wait staff had forgotten cutlery. So I had to signal for someone to bring us some more.

The coffee was bitter and the cup was dirty.

Overall, bad service, too long to wait for food and bitter coffee.

Highly recommend spending your money elsewhere.

i can not believe “Karin” ‘s review, because when i been to this place it was all perfect. firstly, Eggs benny was good!! (i had Eggs benny with bacon) Hollandaise sauce was not like water at all, and Bread was fine as well ( i do not understand why Karin think it was not fresh as it was toasted “Ciabatta” bread which mean to be hard lol). my coffee flat white was also good as well, great hot temperature with bear on it. i highly recommend this place. unfortunantly, my home (Mission bay) is far a way from this place so i could not go back but i definitely visit again when i pass near albany

I really love Columbus coffee, I have had drinks and breakfast mainly from the Sylvia Park branch and Takapuna Westfield mall branch and I always have eggs benedict. My partner and I decided to try the Albany branch because it is closer to where we live. We both had eggs benedict with salmon and it was the most appalling hollandaise sauce I have EVER had. The consistency was the same as water and the bread was not fresh. I just ate the salmon and eggs. We did complain, but the wait staff were clueless of what to do, so we left our number for the owner to contact us, this was in January and we are still waiting for that call. I will discourage anyone from going there, especially if you want eggs benedict. I would rather drive 30km extra to go to sylvia Park.
