The website does not show any pictures of the accommodation, after arriving there I now know why. The rooms are grotty!!! The lady behind the bar (Bella) needs to take a course in hospitality, if you are going to be in business dealing with the public you need to loose the attitude and be a bit more friendlier. You guys missed out on a lot of sales for the two nights we were booked in. The actual pub itself (apart from the toilets) is good, such a shame that it lacked in service.

Try the wedges, they are to die for! This place is a great stop of place if your feeling that lil bit peakish on your way to the good ol’ whitianga.

Dogs in the kitchen, says it all. waited an hour for the fish, finally went to ask where it was and was told they were out of stock. Amateurs. Health department needs to pay a visit to these guys. Don’t risk it!!
