Had limited time to eat as I was travelling through back home. Food was average but the service from the bubbly blonde waitress Britney or Baylee? (sorry cant remember)was great. She confidently conversed with me and checked whether it was satisfactory was all ‘brill’. Perfect pull in point for the traveller, good time to eat and digest without waiting too long. Think the restaurant needs a makeover tho. Cheers to Xrds

We attended this restaurant and we were all very disappointed with our meals.
The service was very poor. The waitress didn’t greet us, just walked over and waited for us to order. It took about 45 minutes to get our meals.
One of us ordered the Pork Cutlet, all this meal was, was two dry baked unpeeled potatoes and a very small dry grilled pork chop. This meal would definitely not require a chef to prepare.
The chicken was dry, steak was chewy and overall the meals were not worth the $26+ each.
We were never asked if our meals were okay. Even when we voiced our complaints on paying, they were mostly disregarded.
I have never complained about a restaurant before but I would definitely not recommend Crossroads to anyone.

A great little restaurant with a great menu. Our table had the eye fillet, cordon bleu, pasta and fish and we all loved our meals. The mushrooms and scallops as an entree were fabulous. And to finish off with we had the lemon and lime tart and the chocolate mudcake. A fantastic meal. The staff were also very friendly and helpful and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Drive pass many times in Stratford. We always see this restaurant but we don’t have chance to try it. We gave a go tonight. My friend ordered fish of the day which is blue cod, I ordered pork chop. My friend’s fish of the day was bad. no flavor at all. The fish was worse than the fish n chips shop. two pieces of fish with 3 potatos cost $26.5. Mine was bad, the sauce on top of pork was off. But we were really hungry. so we ate it all. never go back again. We were not happy with the meal. It is not worth to go dinning there.

I have just purchased the business and have changed the menu as well and I am getting very good reviews from our customers. I hope you can return and enjoy your meal second time around.
