Can`t believe these reviews. A LOT of regulars view this coffee house as iconic & superior, efficient & friendly. They KNOW what they are doing & are very professional. I suspect these other reviewers are malicious & not at all genuine.

Terrible ‘assistants’ with a terrible attitude. You would think that they’re the only place in the world that sold tea! Terrible service, the ‘ladies’ really shouldn’t be in the ‘service’ industry.

We’re tourist, recently arrived. I dropped by for a cup of coffee and never again during my stay will I visit this shop. They will not take any of my hard earned money.
I was greeted by an arrogant lady behind the counter who showed me that she was not at all interested with my business. I ordered my cup but decided mid way that they will not take one cent from me. On my way out, she could not help herself and uttered a few more sarcastic words towards me and responded accordingly. Being so close to party central, you’de think that they would have been more accommodating but not this shop. I hope, and I will try and tell, the other Spanish tourist that this shop be avoided.

We do our very best to serve customers as quickly as possible, some people however try to be served quicker by ordering from the barista, cutting in before customers who have been waiting to place their order. Then deciding, because they have not been served…
