This is by far the worse place I have taken my family to eat. Bad service by the manager herself. Would like to talk to the owner of the place for her rude manners. She basically ruined the night for us.

We had originally booked for 8 but due to very last minute cancellation there were only 6 of us. The manager very rudely said they might be charging us more since there is less of us. When I asked her if the place was booked out she said it was not. I kindly asked to be moved to another table because we were seated in front of the door in a cold night and again she kept reminding us about being charged more. Right there and there we had to leave. She ruined our night and mood. A pity on this restaurant, it’s amazing how one person who happens to be the manager can ruin your experience.

I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys good service and good food.

Usually I am fond of Da Vinci’s romantically down stairs on City Road near the Langham.
But not living in city anymore I arrived here with only a few groups there.
Started filling up.. I ordered quickly as I do when I notice this.. was just my 8year old son and I dining..
Hate the layout of this place, everyone looks at you, felt seedy as. Tabels far too close together ill say. I dress well but must of been because I am a young mum mid 20′s..? no idea..
But I ordered a lot for the two of us like 3 mains and a shrimp cocktail.. Took forever, cocktail came first, sons pasta meal.
But no Omg.. I practically lost my apetite waiting and talking with my son argh. I ended up like asking if they had my order lined up at least..
The Sirloin was great but wondered when that was going to arrive after huge wait. Like other people get served cos maybe they care about their opinions more.. well here you go on my opinion

Beckoned by the “$10 Lunch Menu”, a friend and I had lunch here the other day. After reviewing the extensive menu, we both ordered pizzas with mine being the Italiano and hers the Quattro Stagioni. The Italiano was described as being the ultimate meat lovers pizza, but sadly, it was lacking much meat. It was well cooked, on a thin (but not crisp) base, but I felt it lacked both meat and seasoning. The Quattro was a big hit however. As far as pizzas go, I much preferred these to the greasey take-out varieties. The service was attentive and the decor and feel of the restaurant modern. I’ll definitely be back.

My partner and I dined at Da Vinci’s Albert St last night. In the past we have dined at the first Da Vincis City Road and that was an experience we thought deserved a ‘second helping’ and since the second branch opened around the corner from my home, we thought that we would give it a try. Upon arrival we noticed that the new branch had a more lively, urban and fresh atmosphere, but still with a classic twist with the beautiful warm lighting and portraits. Impressive combinations! We ordered chicken liver pate as entree, which came with lightly toasted bread and tasted fabulous!
For mains we ordered a Da Vinci pizza and an Eye fillet with mushroom sauce. Both dishes were cooked perfectly to how we ordered and we were both immensely full. However we needed one more thing to be satisfied.. and that was to have ourself a helping of their desserts that we couldn’t stop talking about after having them when we visited the other Da Vinci’s. And as expected, the tiramisu and the orange creme caramel that we ordered were both consistently delectable and both fresh with that melt in your mouth feeling. YUM!!!
Overall, it was again an enjoyable experience, where the staff are friendly and everything is reasonably priced, particularly in the central city leaving you satisfied.
One last comment. Do no pass on the Desserts!
