Good value for lunch and great tasting too. Finally – a good hot vindaloo which was actually hot. Genuinely tasted like it was cooked as such, not just chili powder or similar being added. The flavours were amazing.

Great lunchtime deals, delicious food. The tikka masala is especially good. One of the best Indian restaurants in Wellington.

I’ve never got round to dining in at Daawat, but we have picked up takeway curries from here that are pretty satisying – and it’s realy closeby to my house, or handy to anyone working nearby for lunch break. Pretty flavoursome Kormas and Tikkas, with decent enough naan bread (not the best i’ve head) and decent sized portions. Definitely would order takeout from here again.
