Great coffee and excellent breakfast however my favourite thing about Dida’s is the amazing cheese counter. I love buying a few different cheeses to take home, along with the excellent liver parfait/pate. The staff have a good knowledge of their fresh products and are happy to patiently explain what they have on offer.

I had a “Large salad” dine-in, and it was AMAZING. There were at least 4 or 5 vegetarian salads to choose from – all brimming with delicious fresh flavours of dressings, cheese and super-fresh veges.
It was one of the few cafes open, early January in this area, so it was CRAMMEd full… so the 4 of us, including two pre-schoolers perched on the long communal table. A bit awkward… but to be honest, we were meeting at the child-friendly cafe next door, but it was closed! It’s not really the place to bring pre-schoolers, but I’m glad we did, as the food was incredible, and well-worth the stressed-out glances we were getting from people as our children were getting under their feet. Oops!
I would definitely return, minus children, to enjoy those beautiful salads again. Helpful, friendly service too – even when they were run off their feet.

My favourite meeting place for lunch — wide selection of excellent salads, very good value and reasonably priced. Good coffee, indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly staff, popular with the locals.
