To be honest we went to Diva because we thought Kent Baddeley was still there and we had fallen in love with his exciting, inventive cooking back when he was at Clearview. However, we found he has moved and that does show a little in the menu which we would call more ‘safe’.
That said, we had a lovely dinner. The snapper was 10/10 and the confit duck was great. However, too many restaurants are nowadays putting only one confit duck on the plate, instead of two. Diva is one of those, so that makes it less value for money when you are out for dinner.
The wine list was great and the warm cosy atmosphere very welcoming. We suggest going early, as the place gets noisy later on when the bar heats up.

Good amount of food for your money. Go early if you have a younger family as it does get a little busy with the bar in the evenings.
I am looking forward to another lunch at DIVAS!!!!
