I placed an order online then phoned thru to add extras to my order – I got charged online and when my husband picked it up he got charged again without realising I’d already paid online. They said they’d refund it on my credit card BUT never did, owner never returned my calls and after 3 weeks we decided to go into store to get our $85.00 back and no apology has been made to this day by the store for mucking me around or the domino’s feedback hotline or feedback website linked to their online ordering site. We will never be ordering our 15 pizza’s for our hostel reward nights from here again and will be doing business with Pizza Hut from now on!!!!!

food is always consistent and the same, very fast and their online ordering system works perfectly. We haven’t been to another pizza shop since moving to pukekohe and discovering Dominos.
