Eatery on the Rock Accommodation and Restaurant
Eatery on the Rock is owner operated. Five private island style cottages and the restaurant have been built amongst large Karst rock formations, which dominate the four-acre site commanding breath-taking views of Takaka and the surrounding hills.
Our full al a Carte menu is an international eclectic style, blending inspiration from thirty years travelling the world using local produce.

These guys are awesome, we had our wedding reception at Eatery on the Rock back in November 2005, fantastic food and the owners are wonderful, very friendly and accommodating. Went back for dinner for our 1st anniversary in 2006 and it was still top quality service & food. Sadly we’ve moved, otherwise would definately have been back last year too!!
