We went to Edesia about a month ago we had a wonderful meal I had the venison and it was fantastic. my wife had the pork I believe and she said it was really good. The desserts were good but not as good as the main fayre. The service was a bit cold for my liking but that might be the modern way. I would definitely go back for the food.

Fantastic restaurant, really recommend to have a three course meal here, it is all too good to miss out on anything. Food is impeccable, definitely recommend dining here! Not sure if it is still on the menu, but the Quail entrée is absolutely spectacular!

My favourite restaurant in Christchurch by far, extremely spacious, excellent service, My partner and I always leave feeling like we have really treated ourselves. The staff are lovely and the food is cooked to perfection. Great place to go for a special occasion.
