Pre-ordered food 2 days in advance for a private work function. The food arrived 45mins after it was supposed to. After calling to find out where the food was knowone answered the phone at 10am on a friday morning? When the food finally arrived it was cold and soggy. Will not be buying anything from here again

I do not know why the review below was so terrible. I have been to Eves Pantry many times. It has great food, and delicious desserts and cakes. I have even had my daughters three tiered birthday cake made at eves, and everybody at her party agreed it was the best cake they had ever seen. I suppose some people just are not content unless they are at a 5 star restaurant, and i suggest they try and make a bacon and egg pie at home if they are not satisfied with what they can get at a great cafe like eves pantry.

No rating at all – bought a ‘bacon and egg pie’. Looked good but that is as far as it went. The innards were like a rather dry frittata – masses of potato chunks and peas, perhaps one beaten egg tying them together and a bit of chopped third rate supermarket ham. Bacon and egg pies should contain bacon and whole eggs (as opposed to a bit of beaten egg to bind). The flavour was zero – boiled potato does not have much flavour does it – and we all
felt we had been had.
